I have always been given excellent care since I moved to Cheshire. After all the problems we had before which can’t be undone and we have to live with the consequences, it is great to have such care.

Received advance notice of appointment letter, then received actual appointment. Arrived at time given and joined small queue which progressed v quickly. Was in and out In 10 mins. Very efficient and totally organised.

We arrived for our flu jabs on Saturday morning expecting a long queue. However we were in and out of the practice within 10 minutes as it was very well organised.

It could be easier to make appointments on the phone as at present it takes so long to get through. The service on line is good

I have been using this GP service for nlmant years and always found it so helpful, there when needed in urgent situations for all of the family. The online consult is excellent.

Recent visit for a blood test - easily booked within a few days, prompt appointment - in and out in less than 10 minutes. Results on line in 3 days. Brilliant. Thank you.

I completed an online request for a consultation and received a face to face appointment to go two hours later the same day. This is the second time that I have been given a consultation for the same day - Excellent. On the other hand, attempting to contact the reception desk by telephone can be incredibly frustrating, a one hour wait in a queue resulting in being cutoff is not unknown. Overall the practice is Very Good.

Flu jabs & Covid jabs were rolled out very efficiently. On line service for telephone consultations and appointments seems to work very well.
