Everytime I come for an appointment at wincobank medical centre I always feel at ease with any worries I have. The nurse I met on the day she is so friendly and always so happy she is brilliant at her job and little things she will remember which makes it even more welcoming. Thank you

This experience reflects all the experiences I have had so far during my eight years visit to the practice. It is peaceful and highly clean and organised. Both the staff and doctors are friendly and good listeners. There is a zero-tolerance of discrimination.. I am so comfortable using this service and I would definitely recommend this to anybody.

Personally I like this centre. Due to my condition I'm a regular visitor and find everyone very polite and friendly, apart from one nurse that misses my vein all the time. No complaints at all and fingers crossed this centre keep as it is

The doctors listened to me, gave me a thorough examination and prescribed some medication to help. They helped to reassure me that they would get to the bottom of my pain and they were there if my pain wasn’t under control. I felt totally at ease and that I was given their full attention. Thank you.

alway for the staff helpful the gp I've seen seem to be doing there jobs the only thing I'd say is I once told a gp the I thought I had neurological problems a few yours ago this was ignored a few simple physical test would have show I did have some sort of neurological condition maybe a simple test rather dismissing the symptoms and how "i" felt should have Been to into consideration maybe more training

I have been supported by two Dr's in the practice since contracting Covid. They are helping me with my ill health retirement. The issues I have had since covid have been dealt with very professionally, and my recent visit is an ongoing problem since last November. No issues at all.

I called the surgery to ask for a telephone appointment, the receptionist asked what my problem was and then booked my appointment, the gp called and discussed my symptoms then arranged for me to attend to be checked over, all in all it was a stress free time and I was highly satisfied with my treatment which is what you need when your not feeling well

I needed my inhaler, I am new to the practice and I was fobbed off to get my inhalers through emergency prescription. They I did as I was told to call in the morning and I was not taken seriously. Can't wait to change surgery

I have been a patient at this practice for over fifty years and always had a good service and relationship with the doctors, the nurses and the receptionists, as well as good service at the attached chemist’s. Many of my neighbours are also attached to the practice and pleased with the attention that they receive. The response we receive in an emergency is exceptional, from all the staff and doctors. There is a standing joke in our neighbourhood that should any of us move away from our neighbourhood, we will not tell the surgery that we have gone to a different area, but just keep coming! We consider ourselves to be very lucky indeed, and are very much grateful to all who work so hard at our practice.
