This surgery is in desperate need of additional staff. The method used to book appointments is broken and it takes forever to obtain one. Unless you are lucky enough to get one of the first appointments on any given day, you can turn up before your assigned time and often be waiting up to an hour to be seen. The waiting room is dated and dusty and in desperate need of attention. But when you eventually are seen, the staff excellent and do everything they can to assist. Please invest more money into this surgery to enable it to realize its full potential.

I’ve been at this doctors for around 15 years and every doctor I’ve seen over the years has been really friendly and approachable. All staff are helpful from the receptionists to the pharmacy workers.

New to this GP surgery. I did manage to get an appointment however had to have a telephone appointment first before they decided to see me face to face. I find this hard as I have autism can tell tone of voice with people. 'The Gp I saw was over an hour late seeing me the first time and over 30 minutes the second time. She wasn't very forth coming and friendlyas a GP. So I have asked for a different doctor to see if I feel more comfortable with her however they made a telephone appointment not face to face .so have go though the process again to see them, So I need to change it again

Excellent care and very helpful GP arranged physio blood tests & X-rays straight away & referral to the appropriate specialist

I have used this practice for many years & all the Doctors & nurse’s I have come into contact with have all been polite & caring. All staff have been polite with me & tried their best to help.

I have no complaints at all. Always been treated with care and respect whenever I've visited. Admitted you can sometimes be waiting a while for the phone to be answered but that's obviously because the staff are busy!!

Really lovely dr, was a bit nervous & she made sure I was ok & made me feel at ease. Not good with needles or blood so I felt nervous. But I didn’t look and just talked to her as I felt I’d pass out if not.

Nice and clean . Polite staff it's very open planned. Better than the Out Of Hours at the NGH Parking is free

Good nurse bloods taken quickly minimal bruising, very thorough, really don’t need a minimum of characters in the review though.
