    As, usual, friendly and helpful staff and gp and practice nurses. Only criticism is the booking appointment System, which has been very difficult for a long time, but seems to have improved slightly lately.

    I have been a patient at Wincobank Medical Centre for 16 years ,and l can highly recommend this practice. The doctors and staff are very professional,helpful and caring. I visit about once a month and always recieved great service . I would give the surgery 5 stars .

    I asked for a full blood test after reacting to my first Covid jab and being told this may be due to an underlying issue. The test was arranged quickly and the doctor phoned me with the result and suggested treatment. She was very informative and sent supporting information to my phone. Really happy with the service that I received.

    Doctor was nice but I’ve been in many times now for issues will the pill. All they do is put me on a different one each time or on another type of contraception when I’ve told them multiple times that we need to work on the underlying cause because I’ve tried many things but nothing has worked. It’s been months now and nothing has improved with my health

    Stuffing with an ear problem for 18 months, after a consultation that lasted a few minutes was told there was nothing they could do or prescribe to resolve. Many months on the issue is now worse. I have no faith or trust in getting seen.
