Having contacted 111 the previous day I needed to see a doctor and I was fitted in. Given some good advice which I followed by seeing my dentist.

Really quick to get called in. The doctor I spoke to was really encouraging and helpful. Staff at dispensary were also incredibly helpful with getting my prescription sorted.

The practice noted we had been waiting a while and we saw an alternative GP very quickly. The GP was so great with my 5 year old son, he was very thorough, reassuring and provided an extremely efficient service. Thank you. I know you are all under such great pressure.

Nurse who took my blood pressure and blood for test was very efficient. Happy, smiling and chatty. My questions we answered in full, nothing was too much trouble. The nurse was a credit to her profession.

I have always been able to get through and the receptionist is always helpful and I have not had to wait long for appointments. GPS are proactive in checking long standing conditions. My last appointment was Very helpful and I appreciated the GP checking all bases enemies though it was likely to be a muscular issue. I feel listened to. Nurses doing blood tests are always pleasant. Overall I think the practice is excellent.

I have always called and been able to get an appointment when needed. The GP's have always been thorough to refer when needed and the support when pregnant was great. I have recently needed the contraceptive team's support and the nurse was amazing. I was seen quickly after explaining my symptoms and was given the time and care to understand what my options were. I needed a follow up a few days later and again, was seen quickly. Cant recommend Windrush Medical Practice enough!

My first experience of this practice since registering following a house move and I have been very impressed. Called a couple of days ago and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful lady who arranged an appointment for me for today. I got to meet the doctor I’ve been registered with and he’s great, relaxed, friendly and thorough, all one could ask for.

If you have a chronic medical condition don’t expect this surgery to care in the slightest Bit was diagnosed with ms after many trips the hospital as couldn’t get in to see my gp since then my doctor has had no contact with me to see how I’m doing if the treatment is going ok nothing started having issues relating to ms so made an appointment waited a month for said face to face appointment to be rang that morning and told it would a phone appointment now So basically they can’t be bothered to see me They are completely useless and have no patient care

I was able to make a same day appointment to see a doctor but unable to see my own doctor. The doctor was very professional and suggested further tests, a blood test and X-ray to investigate what may be causing my illness. I was very pleased that both these could be arranged the same day and after a couple of hours were all completed. Hopefully the results may result in some answers for me. All in all a successful visit to the practice, thank you

I used the 'Send a nurse a message' option and confirmed that I did not think the issue was urgent. The same day I received a message offering me a face-to-face appointment with one of the doctors. Amazing response!
