I am pleased and very satisfied with how I am treated by the Practice and its Practitioners O was able to have quality time with my GP and was not rushed during my visit

My veins are so thin that taking blood is a torture to me. It will usually take few attempts to get it done successfully, causing so much pain and leaving a big patch of bruise on my arm after taking blood. But the nurse in Windrush did it so well, quick, painless and did it in a second. Professional work. Thank you.

I got an appointment quickly.The doctor I saw was not my own gp but very pleasant, thorough,listened to me and gave me advice.

I emailed through the website and got an appointment on the date requested. The nurse was running on time (actually early which was a bonus!), was very good at explaining everything clearly and made me feel at ease. The surgery is popular but if you email through the website it is easier to get an appointment. The staff are really good. I do miss being able to book appointments through the website myself but understand this probably reduces unnecessary appointments.
