    I was worried about my daughter cough. Sent a message to the GP at 8am and was sent a message within half an hour and was booked an appointment for 10.30am. Quick response and the doctor was thorough in her check up

    Did not feel like I had to prove the state of my health. The GP got/understood by Listening and, acted accordingly without my having to stress about that.

    Follow up appointment from tests, was treated with respect professional attitude and the Dr was extremely professional and polite explained everything never felt as if she did not have the time rare these days thank you.

    this practice used to have a great reputation but sadly this is no longer the case. The other day I was in the queue at Reception I witnessed a breach of patient confidentiality - made worse because the receptionist found it funny! Whilst dealing with myself - she also dealt with 4 others all at the same time - all whilst chewing on her gum not a good impression! But this receptionist didnt give her best service to any of us as it was all a bit a messy experience and then gave me a verbal warning as I was getting very frustrated! A Patient in the waiting room expressed her concern as to how I was being treated and stated this was one of the main reasons she had moved practice. Reception staff please consider the person in front of you - you dont know what they have been through, going through etc before presenting at the Reception desk.

    Had ongoing skin problems for over a year now the doctor helped me to try different medications to help with my skin conditions and I finally found something that really helped really grateful and appreciate all the help I was given by my GP

    Was seen by a lovely doctor who referred me to the main reception to get a blood test request. And the lady at reception was so so lovely and friendly. I didn’t get the names . Was genuinely happy about the service.
