I have just spoken to woodcote medical practice about a slightly complicated situation re medication dosage and prescription. This involved ensuring there was an increase dose and that it was available to be collected at a location other than a local pharmacy. The staff member I spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding. The situation has been promptly resolved and has made a difference to my day and others in my family. Thank you
