Had appt with GP who was new to me, he was very thorough, explained everything in a calm professional manner. I felt like I was listened too and given the time I needed without feeling rushed Reception staff on duty on day of my appt was pleasant, courteous and professional The practice itself was clean and tidy. It had a very calm atmosphere

i was seen on time on the day of my appointment and was treated with the most appreciative treatment on the day 19/07/2024 the nurse told me everything i needed to know about my conditions

My experience with the Dr who I saw for the first time was not what I was expecting I made an appointment for two medicine requirements either to change or maintain on existing dosage Only to be met with I don’t have the time 1 thing resolved other had to be resolved through the receptionist Not an ideal start I bet the doctor has no idea of any of my existing conditions

A pharmacy flagged up a high blood pressure reading - the surgery called to get me in the same day to arrange further tests, the nurse I saw was really helpful and thorough she explained really well what to expect at the next stage

Child immunisation - we were given all the information about the immunisation, side effects and who to contact if any concerns prior to administration. The nurse was very patient answering my questions and also engaged with the child to explain what she was doing. The child didn't cry and was not in distress. Very very well done!

I called in to make a GP appointment and was allocated an appointment the same day. I was dealt with quickly and on time. No complaints at all with the service I received.

I found it easy to get in touch with repetition on the morning I needed my appointment. They then communicate with using messages for a change in time of my appointment. When entering the practice for my appointment staff were happy and helpful at reception and medical professionals in my appointment were very approachable and helpful.

I am a new patient to this practice and I am really impressed with the service they have provided. I saw a doctor she really listened to me and helped me. The reception team are also very helpful and polite.

Used a few other doctor surgeries before and never come across such friendly staff all round. All very polite and welcoming and definitely make you feel at ease when entering the practice. Came for my smear and the nurse made me feel so at ease as I was abit nervous having it been my first one. Would 100% recommend to anyone using this practice and think the staff set the standards high!
