The practice is always clean and smells nice. The Doctor who examined my Daughter Louise was very good and explained what she was doing and very perlite.

Had an appointment with the Nurse who was welcoming, polite and very professional. She explained what my appointment was about and what she would be doing. Extremely professional throughout the appointment for a young Nurse. Keep it the good work you are a credit to the practice.

I didn't have to wait too long to be seen , the waiting room was very clean and the receptionist was charming

Impressed with my recent visit Pharmacy staff very helpful and friendly, and my doctor very thorough covering my problem to reception staff all work together very well. Thank you very much

I was disappointed that after blood tests proved negative their was no follow up appointment arranged to review the ongoing symptoms.

The service was great, everything was explained very well. The GP was very patient and kind. She was not in a hurry, she took her time to attend to my son and examine him explaining everything to me. She was also very friendly to my son.

All staff from start to finish were excellent. My Doctor listened and explained without making things seem rushed. I felt very much cared for by all staff members. The surgery is also spotlessly clean, which is very reassuring.

I visited Woodland Drive Surgery recently and I was able to actually see a doctor instead of a nurse practitioner. I found the doctor to be thorough, understanding and pleasant. I found the GP to be very approachable and also that he listened to what I had to say, not like some doctors that talk over you and talk about their own problems and disregard everything that you may have to say.

I attended when the computer systems were down but still everything was great. I left feeling a lot better about my condition which i had been left along time due to other practice not being able to book my an appointment for over 6 months.
