I received an appointment with I think a trainee doctor who asked all the right questions and was very sympathetic. It was a personal issue which at the moment is the last thing I need but she listened and really helped. Once again, staff who always care. From receptionists to doctors who always try and deliver kindness and help.

All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The doctor I saw was very thorough, listened carefully to my explanation why I was there and discussed my options with me. He made sure I understood the medication I was prescribed and asked me to return in 4 weeks to check on progress.

My second appointment with the new doctor and I couldn't be happier with he's approach dealing with my care. He take the time to listen and reads your notes before hand knowing why your there. He took time to explain and ask questions for a health condition I've been struggling with for many years and referred me on for tests. I came away feeling heard and relieved from both appointments.

I requested my appointment same day. My appointment was On time, I felt listened to,I was satisfied with outcome. I would happily see the clinician again

The main Doctor is one of the best Doctors I've ever had. He is kind, caring and is extremely thorough with medical investigations. I recently needed an examination of my back passage, but was anxious due to PTSD from related trauma. He took that into consideration, informed me what he was going to do before he did it, and was gentle and asked me if I was alright throughout the examination. This surgery has greatly improved since the last dr left, and I feel very lucky to have the current doctor as my Doctor.

Although my experience on this visit was a positive one, I still think it could be better. Three weeks my doctor sent me for an ECG to Barnsley general, and I am still waiting for the surgery to contact me regarding the results.

I was incredibly impressed with the level of care and service I received. From the moment I called to book an appointment, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure I was seen as quickly as possible. The receptionist was efficient, managing to find a same day appointment for me despite their busy schedule. The medical team was professional, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly address my concerns. Their prompt and compassionate care made a significant difference in my experience, and I left feeling well-cared for and reassured.
