The nurse was polite and helpful. Good service thank you. Only comment to add is that parking at the surgery is sometimes a problem.

I am sorry if you had trouble parking but there is nothing we can do about it. There is a multi storey car park in the town with free parking for three hours. From the receptionists, to getting the appointment and the level of care received within my appointment by 2 doctors specifically, it really has improved ten fold. Personally I think the service is great especially through the widespread NHS troubles that we are going through as a nation. Great work everyone

I've always had a pleasant experience when having nurse appointments at Wrafton House. The nurses are highly respected, knowledgeable, and thorough in what they do. I didn't feel rushed at my appointment with the nurse. The nurse took the time to explain what would happen, if I had any concerns/questions and made sure I was comfortable along the way. Smear tests are an unpleasant experience, but having nurses like those at Wrafton puts you at ease and makes the experience more manageable.

It’s a telephone review which most of my health problems has been tackled, such as my asthma, COPD, my post radiation therapy due to my prostate cancer, pneumonia vaccine was been offered. Also my present medication was also been reviewed. She was asking if I’m alright with my health condition at the moment, I told her that I’m still working at the moment and I’m okay with my health. I told her that my problem at the moment is regarding my breathing if I walked in an elevated place I got easily breathless as well as climbing the stairs, I told her that my GP prescribed new medications for this problem and I just started. And told her that seems it was doing well with me, so she prescribed a repeat for that medication. She said if any health issues just call the surgery.

I saw a lovely nurse today, who was extremely friendly and supportive. They made sure I understood what was going to happen, and the importance of having it done. (Smear test) During the whole appointment I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. The nurse was more than helpful, thank you! The reception staff and Drs have always been kind and helpful. A great practice!

The doctor made me feel comfortable and explained the stages and processes in great detail. She kindly gave me the information in a very kind manner. She explained and made referrals as well. I didn't feel rushed because she took her time

I must praise my recent experience with Wrafton House. After a health concern whereby I called 111, they requested my GP called me which the Dr did that day. She put me straight at ease whilst also arranging an urgent appt for me with the nurse for the following day. The nurse was really friendly, calm and kind and made me feel at ease for my ECG. I really pleasant experience all round which is really welcome when you’re not feeling your best. Thank you!
