I was well attended to by the Nurse at the surgery. She took her time to explain what my issue is, what I need to do to ensure that the situation is remedied. I was satisfied with the way she attended to me.

I am regularly checked for my Diabetes and I have to say that the nurse has looked after me for a few years now and I think she is brilliant as well as a lovely person! She is a credit to the practice and I would like you to pass on my thanks to her!

After a short wait was seen by a lovely nurse who was so lovely and friendly. The whole experience was top class and the reception staff were so helpful.

Came in for injection and the nurse that saw me was very helpful and attentive. She had a look at my prescriptions, which I asked her to do, after which she is going to speak with the GP

Hello to all visitors, I called and scheduled an appointment, and when I arrived at the appointed time, I met my designated doctor and had my examination done. I was very happy that everything went smoothly and conveniently.

the new nurse was exceptionally brilliant in every way. Attentive courteous professional ...great objective empathetic listener with important advise not pushy or intrusive. Warm yet not overly so, engaging and genuinely caring without being cold or insular at all.

In general, I am happy with the practice and the staff. Today I had an appointment and I was feeling comfortable to ask any questions. I wasn't rushed. Everything was explained to me in a nice manner. Even the last appointment of my child took longer than usual. He examined my child carefully and he asked a lot of questions, so I felt that we got the nessecery attention.

The doctors here really care about their patients and great receptionist who really care and try to help as much as they could. When my children had appointment or needed appointments and I call and I’m worried they speak so lovingly and help to reduce my stress level and keep me calm whilst booking the appointments best GP practice I’ve ever been too

My experience with wrafton surgery was quick and efficient. Once I had checked in I was called to see the doctor straight away. My doctor was caring and understanding and put me at ease. Well done Wrafton surgery
