I am not sure quite why I continue to be a registered patient with this practice after 27 years. Communication is practically impossible with either the line being engaged or an extensive queue. The receptionists do their utmost and the nurses knock themselves out. The Dr's however seem ambivalent about their entire remit with their hippocratic oath and the care of their patients.

Hard working receptionists very understanding. The nurses are exceptional. Along with a credible team of doctors who are also hard working .

Whenever I have tried to get booked in the lines are either busy or I’m in a 7+ person queue and it hangs up, to just be told to call back the next morning and repeat the same process again. if you ever actually get through to see the doctors they are far better, however you can tell they are rushing through their appointments. No empathy from the reception team either.

Even though I was not expecting a phone call.a female nurse phone to say Thank you for the blood pressure that they received from me ,then she inquired how my health was ,we covered many topics to do with my health and well-being .we ending our conversation with a appointment made , and she will get back to me about other topic we deccused .

Took over 20 minutes to get through by phone but once I explained my issue to the receptionist I was given an appointment later that afternoon.

Although the practice are extremely busy, when I get through on the phone, staff are helpful, courteous and polite. Always take the time to make me feel listened too even though most days they have probably spoken to a huge number of people. Great team. 👍

The advice on the website contradicts the advise given on the phone you should be able to book a routine appointment between 11 and 3 but can you No they only offer on the day appointments. What classes as an emergency I don’t want to take an emergency appointment from someone who absolutely needs it. I think it’s outrageous that GPs have not reverted back ! And that there hold on to doing the minimum. How are they going to get lists down if the only people they see are emergencies

Dear Patient We are working towards offering more routine appointments. There are a limited number to book on line each day for the following week. There are a lot of patients who like on the day appointments and we are trying to meet as many patients expectations as possible. We offer telephone or face to face appointments. This is a forward thinking practice with some excellent preventative initiatives such as periodic health checks and health coaches. They have a physio on site and I have found the medical team to be flexible and responsive. The front of house staff are positive and extremely helpful. Great service, please keep up the good work.

I was called today regarding a query I had regarding the menopause, the nurse was absolutely fantastic explaining what could happen and the solutions I could have and also sending literature for me to read . I was very pleased how the conversation went and was put at ease
