The receptionists are wonderful. They always try so hard to find a way to help. The health service seems to gradually be recovering from the blow that was Covid. My only whinge is the new telephone service which only has two options: appointments or test results. No option to be put through to reception. To ask for anything else you have to join the appointments queue. One time I was 17th in the queue which took 48 minutes to be answered. There are some good GPs too and I love that you can make appointments and order repeat prescription meds online. All round I am happy with the service provided at a time when the health system is on overload.

Dear Patient Thank you so much for your review. The feedback from our new telephone system has been mostly positive. The appointment option goes to the receptionists. On some days there are negatives, if we have lots of patients coming in person to make appointments, it slows down the telephones being answered. The doctor was very friendly and full of options. She told me the importance of the medication I would like to take and what I can not take gave me advice to call and option on which ever pharmacy I could use

Following completion of an e-consultation, I was contacted the same day by a GP and treatment prescribed. Great service. I had a telephone HRT review with the practice nurse and found her to be very professional and helpful.

My experience was positive and supportive. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and the nurse was really patient outcome focused. I feel very cared for.

Due to the difficulty of getting my regular medication due to shortness of supply. I contacted the surgery to explain my situation and my medication was changed to a different type! Hopefully this will help me in the future!
