I spoke to the doctor today who was so understanding and kind and very compassionate, her kindness made a difference to me and my well-being

My telephone appointment with one of the Practice Nurses was a pleasure to have a as it felt like having a conversation with someone who enjoyed their job and was easy to talk to. She made all the checks she needed and was really helpful in explaining the process and why the checks are needed. She also asked if there was anything I would like to discuss with her. A 5 star rating.

Reception staff are always friendly and helpful getting me an appointment even on the day of the phone call and/or getting the nurse to phone me later, but that same day. The nurse who called me this afternoon explained in simply layman's terms my issue, reassured me that I need not have anything to worry about as my test result showed I was not diabetic despite me thinking I may be. The nurse was lovely, putting me completely at ease, and she was also patient. I have only good things to say about this practice and its staff. Thank you!

The clinic was running around 15 minutes late, but the nurse apologised, explained the procedure which was painless, and any side effects. She was friendly and efficient

My GP was very pleasant, listened and identified my issue, once I explained my symptoms. Offering advice and reassurance in a lovely calm manner-faultless

I visited the practise nurse for an asthma assessment. The nurse gave me a broad range of possibilities for the reasons of my symptoms. The appointment took a more holistic view of my health and we reviewed blood tests over time, comparing levels along with different life circumstances. It was very informative and thorough. It was a bonus to be offered a quick follow up appointment to review my symptoms along with an up to date blood test. I came away from the appointment feeling more clear and confident about steps I am going to take to take care of my overall health.

My recent experience with the nursing team was really good. Both the nurse and the health support worker were really friendly and professional. They put me at ease and made me feel that I mattered.

Had a quick phone call with the nurse today to get my next prescription. It was quick and to the point which was great. She was kind and friendly and made sure I was ok with everything she was telling me.

Today had an injection all handled very well. No waiting time plus didn’t think I’d been injected so well done.This surgery have looked after me allowing me to become A Guinness World Record Holder as The Longest Surviving Triple Heart Bypass Patient in The World.

medical staff are always professional and helpfull even when under pressure which is quite often the case my visit this time was for the winter jab and i was in and out in 15 mins
