I had general asthma review. I told the nurse I got cold then the nurse gave some advice and had a follow up call later. It’s very good and so caring.

Good service, very helpful staff and doctors. Quick with response for a appointment to see the doctor the examination was very thoroughly carried out and diagnosed

I filled out an online form. Got a call on the same day to say come tothe surgery that afternoon. The lovely female doctor referred me that day and i was seen by a consultant at hospital 12 days later. Thank you so much to all of the doctors. You are all so lovely. It was such a worrying time for me and also I had bad side effects from my condition so I am eternally grateful everyone acted so quick ly and professionally. You are all a credit to yourselves.

I had been to surgery day before to see different person who didn’t seem helpful at all I call and ask to somebody else who had the time to go though and explain my results I would differently recommend this doctor to people

Took my son with regards to hearing issues after having chicken pox, Dr concerned took the time to examine my son and also took time to listen to the concerns and he had an excellent manner with my son. He got straight onto the case booking a hearing referral and then the following evening phoned to book my sons follow up appointment for a months time to see how things are progressing.

I always feel listened to when I come to see the doctors here at Yardley wood health centre. My recent experience was a bit different to usual and although I always feel in good hands I felt really listened to and the doctor really understood my experience, she went and got a second opinion from another doctor and we all had a chat and by the end of the appointment I was leaving feeling a bit more positive than how I had walked in. The doctor had sent me some useful resources which have been some great help so far. I’m really pleased with the outcome of this appointment.
