Having had spoken with Dr previously I found he was still familiar with my situation which made me feel understood. I find it can be hit and miss depending on which GP you get on the day.Overall I feel there have been improvements to the surgery overall.

Dr,is very professional and understands patients need. He checks very deeply and listen every conversation very nicely and he tell her how can you safe from current problems. I am very satisfied with this appointment. Thanks best wishes for Dr, future.

Dealt with within 3 days however given the nature of my concern, I would like to have seen a qualified doctor not a paramedic who, with respect, is not a qualified doctor and does not give me the confidence in diagnosis and treatment

We have a diverse team of Advanced Practitioners, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, Dieticians - to name but a few, who support our GP's to manage the care of our patients. All requests are triaged by a GP who then determines who would be best suited to manage the condition of the presenting patient. I hope that above information offers some reassurance. I had general asthma review. I told the nurse I got cold then the nurse gave some advice and had a follow up call later. It’s very good and so caring.
