I recently had blood taken and was really nervous as my previous blood tests left enormous bruises. This time they're not so bad but gad trouble finding my vein.

Dear Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. I am sorry to hear you were bruised during your last appointment however please be assured, bruising following a blood test is common and often occurs when blood leaks and settles under the skin, so although uncomfortable, nothing to be concerned about. I was seen by a health practitioner, who carried out my annual NHS check-up. She was punctual, professional in her duties and helpful in explaining the process and answering any of my questions. I found the experience and her manner reassuring.

The practice is friendly. Staff are helpful, and very accommodating. The GP I dealt with was very kind and patient withy needs on both occasions.

Quick and easy. I was seen on time and all was explained very clearly. Instructions were easy to understand. Practise Nurse was lovely and put me at ease.

I've been visiting this practice for many years now. Seen Doctors, Nurses and Reception Colleagues come and go. What I've always received is great and thoughtful care from all of the team. I have a complex medical history and this is always taken into account. The last time I was there I was seen before my appointment time and actually got back to work at the time my appointment should have been
