2 doctors checked my eye when I went, told me to go get it checked by eye clinic because they can look into eyes where doctors haven't got proper equipment to look into eyes. Really pleased thar I went, made me feel better for going in

Having felt flat and suffering with depression the doctor I spoke to gave me reassurance and was very supportive. Gave me different options and services to go to. After the consultation i felt my voice had been heard! Thank you for the support

I had a very stressful and confusing issue with a hospital and Dr was very caring and supportive, helping to efficiently sort out what was becoming a slight fiasco.

I have never had a problem with this practice, and all the staff have always been accommodating, however my last experience was not great as I was booked in for a blood test which I was not aware it was a blood test as I had no doctor phone me in regards to this. Apart from this isolated incident I have have never had any problems and find receptionist very helpful to the nurses who are lovely to the doctors who are also very helpful.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your 5 star rating and kind review of our practice staff - we really value feedback like this. Thank you for sharing your experience of a recent blood test; I'm wondering if this was a long term condition annual review - our patients with a long term condition are usually offered a blood test and a review with a nurse specialist at least once a year to manage their condition(s) and this doesn't usually involve a GP appointment. The surgery reminded me about my appointment and that was helpful. The person attending me was very helpful friendly and informative. My problems and the solutions were explained properly and all my questions answered. I’d say the health center was the best of the best.

I am a difficult person to ‘bleed’ confidence was still present with HCA. She could have called a Dr , however it did not deter the HCA in carrying out the task . Which she did manage after 4rd attempt . Very gently and reassuring she was.

I have no complaints with my doctors at this surgery I have always been satisfied with the care I have received. I had a blood test recently and questions to ask the nurse she went out of her way to answer them for me.
