At the recent visit with doctors and nurses have been very helpful. They have given me a lot of information about the condition. Followed up with future appointments.

Had to go and have blood tests which I hate as really don't like needles. The lady doing it is always brilliant and professional and makes the experience ok

I received same day appointment. The Dr, are very helpful and professional. When I inter in sugary with in 2 minutes Dr,call me and check very professional way.

My diabetic nurse was very informative patient and spoke to me in a way that I understand my condition better. She was very understanding and gave me some really good advice.

I booked a recent appointment having filled out the appointment form via their online booking form. Got to tje appointment, and at no time did the doctor even address the reason for my being at the appointment... embarrassingly I had to ask about it as I was being seemingly rushed through the appointment. I was not examined, not asked anything about my current symptoms, not asked how it is affecting me. I felt that thw doctor used my medical history to " conclude diagnosise" me. I was prescribed some pain management, and was given a number for self referral. I wasn't even given an option for a scan or an X Ray which not only left me confused,but very upset and let down. Neither was I given the options for any assistance I am able to get. I seemed to get an " it is what it is" attitude from my doctor. It I got the feeling that they were not in anyway interested in helping me get a resolution or peace of mind for my issues. I felt like my hand was then forced to request a second opinion by requesting to go private( I cannot in anyway afford this route),but her almost dismissive attitude made me feel as if my matter is being diminished in value. This is as honest as I can get in this feedback, and I am not putting anyone down..and dont want to get struck off the register for my honesty...please please..I have only asked for help? I hope this matter can be resolved.

This doctor has the knowledge and the experience to understand the patient worries and troubles regarding their health, he is so so patient and passionate about the right treatments for said patient. He is an outstanding example of how a doctor should treat and handle one’s patients, we know that this surgery is an absolute fantastic place for us as patients, thank you so so much for my treatment and most of understanding my issues, thank you from all of my family, please be safe everyone
