After waiting months for a bloodtest with my last surgery, I left. The receptionist here booked me emergency appointment with a nurse (phlebologist) who because I still didn't have a doctor here at this point, refused to give me my bloodtest, because obviously I wasnt happy about this she then proceeded to send me a written warning!! You couldn't make it up!. After initial blip everything was great. Hospital appointment, clinic appointment, more bloodtests and now my issue has been resolved. Would thoroughly recommend.

My whole family like Yadley wood health centre. All are very friendly and appointment also getting very quick with in 24hours.

Had a routine blood test. Phlebotomist was friendly as always, explained what she had to do and why, and when to get the results.

I love the idea of checking online for an appointment I don’t always get one however but I don’t have to queue up for ages to be cut off when it gets to my turn. Fantastic process the form filling is great which goes to triage.

Doctors were attentive and friendly. They gave good advice. I felt that my health issues was taken seriously. I felt comfortable with the doctor.

I found the nurse who took my bloods yesterday to be very helpful and kind. She asnswered the questions I had and was patient with me as I searched for the words to express myself.

There appointment system is very bad. Receptionist is not good. The gave u a link b you have to book before 4 clocks. I call them for my 3 month. The put him for waiting list. Then I have to go to emergency for simple eczema.

Dear Bbegum, I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your experience in the practice - you have mentioned that you 'have to book before 4pm' perhaps you are not familiar with our booking model? Just for clarity, our online tool suspends at 4pm, however our friendly and professional reception team are on hand to support patients with queries and bookings all the way until 6.30pm. I am sorry to hear you went to the emergency centre for simple eczema - this is disappointing and we do not condone this type of patient behavior. Accident and Emergency is for life threatening emergencies and should be kept free for those who need the service. Your GP practice is here to support you with your day to day health needs, and whilst you may not be seen on the day, an appointment, when clinically appropriate, will always be made.
