It is very upsetting, disappointing (and dangerous) that you are unable to book an appointment for a set time. If you work full time and are unable to answer the phone at any point of the day, it is very upsetting that you are unable to access and appointment and help. I have asked several times if a telephone appointment can be made for a set time as I work full time in an office environment and have many client meetings a day. Unfortunately, the practice have not been forthcoming and I have not been able to access help. Please can I be contacted. Thank you.

Dear Anonymous, I am sorry to hear you have felt 'disappointed and upset' with the access system. I am unsure why you have struggled with booking an appointment outside of work hours, as we have appointments available with a GP Monday - Thursday 18.30 - 20.00 and Saturdays from 09.00 - 17.00. This is a platform to share experiences; if you would like this matter investigated, please email the practice on nhsbsolicb.receptionywhc@nhs.net and mark for the attention of the complaints team - we would be more than happy to look into this further for you and get to the bottom of your challenges. Very friendly and caring staff few minutes waiting before my name was called. I highly recommend Yardley Wood Health Centre for it’s professional caring services. The Pharmacy is next door.

No wait, member of staff professional and considerate. Explanation of procedure was clear and easy to understand. Appointment was easy to book online.

Booking system is simple. I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment. Doctors are quick to see you in person if needed. Receptionists were very helpful when a recent appointment was cancelled and I couldn’t make the appointments they offered, they quickly found an alternative time.

You have sent me a message stating I didn't attend my appointment which I cancelled and rebooked the day before the appointment. I don't want people thinking I am wasting NHS time.

Attended for flu jab, efficient,fast but no evidence of hand hygiene,no after care given, no guidance on side effects. Long winded process to make an appointment, told to use online forms but often not available.

Unfortunately my appointment was delayed by almost an hour as the phlebotomist had been locked out of her computer and was unable to gain access. My wife had an appointment elsewhere which I was attending with her so the delay meant it was a rush to get to the other appointment due to the delay. My appointment was a review blood test for my CKD so was reluctant to not have it as it is so difficult to get another appointment

after phoning practice requesting appointment was. Phoned back minutes later to confirm appointment the practice was very good in taking my needs in to consideration regarding a time for me to attend seen by GP who dealt with me with respect and explained things to me
