Had a great experience, my doctor was very helpful and listened to my concerns and reassured me I will get better. I felt I was very much in a safe place.

I like how you submit a form Then they triage it I think this is a fair way of doing things. After triaging you may be offered a face to face, a telephone call or they may sign post you The GP’s are great. The staff I saw yesterday and he was lovely, professional and knowledgeable! He took his time to listen to my health issues and supported me to sort this out. Thank you

I received a great support from the GP, I was able to express my concerns and was happy with adice I received and further treatment. Non-judgemental and empathic attitude of GP madecthe experience very positive.

since my surgery changed the way to get an appointment i have never had a problem with getting seen by gp/nurse for myself or my children, and we have always had our problems sorted

I was greeted very politely by reception staff , I was seen to very quickly , service was great the surgery was very quiet,, in coming patients were dealt with immediately and professionally, Highfield surgery is well staffed ,well maintained and good all round , I have been a patient here for 50 years and never had any issues that I can recall, I will continue to be a patient as long as I need to , I would never change surgery's for anything

I had to work away and my husband had to take my very ill little girl to the practice with my other daughter as we have no child care support. He arranged the appointment but with all that was going on got mixed up with days and after leaving the surgery at the wrong date the receptionist chased him, so kindly, out to the car when she realised she could in fact be seen that day. Going above and beyond seeing he was struggling with two young and sick children alone. Then when my daughter was seen The GP was very professional, kind and thorough and reassuring to ensure her recovery. Kindness and decency of people going above and beyond who are working in such a demanding and stretched environment already deserves to be recognised and we are incredibly grateful
