Upon arriving i quickly signed in via the self check in and awaited my appointment, I didn't have to wait long as I was seen on the dot of my appointment, my phlebotomist was kind, friendly and welcoming, also, barely felt the needle. I had the details of why I was there clarified to me clearly before my blood was taken and the after care was done with considerable delicacy too.

Had ear infection with COVID. Provided face to face appointment to assess and treat with threat to doctor. Very good.

Went for an annual check up with the nurse, she was very thorough informative and empathetic. Overall a pleasant experience.

I visited the surgery to book an appointment. Receptionist was friendly. My appointment date was made for 3 weeks later. Arrived on appointment date booked for 3:40 I was called in by 3:46. Nurse was friendly and professional.

Needed a blood test was able to book appointment, checked in on the screen and was seen in time. The paramedic was lovely and so professional. He referred my partner earlier in the year for suspected appendicitis which was operated on same day. Well done
