The appointment was on time. The nurse greeted me by name. She explained what was going to happen. She confirmed my identity. The vaccination was quick and painless.

I registered with Ywhc in 2020 , enjoying generally good health until recently. My recent appointments were arranged by phone, reception was polite and helpful and I received appointments within a day. The appointments were carried out thoroughly and I didn’t feel that I was being rushed by the doctors to get their next patient. Thoroughly satisfied well done everyone.

After submitted a triage form I was called within an hour with an offer of an appointment that morning. Compared to other surgeries I've been a patient at and would have waited days to actually speak to someone and additional weeks to get an appointment, this is really impressive. I have great confidence that I can get an appointment when I need one.

We have been with Yardley Wood Health Center as a family for 4 decades now, and have nothing but praise for the care we have received from the Doctors, Nurses and Staff. Always easy to get an appointment when needed, and very professional and caring staff. At a time when the NHS get so much negative press we never see the problems as this surgery is so very well run. Highly Recommend as a happy patient. This appointment was supervised as the New Doctor was being monitored and she was very thorough and professional and I have to say I felt confident in the appointment.

The nurse was very gentle when I had a blood test yesterday I didn't feel a thing.She made me feel calm and at ease.

Got an appointment very easily and quickly, lots of choice of what time to book and which doctor to choose from. Saw a doctor who was fabulous, he was great with my kids, and sorted the concern quickly, felt very reassured and confident that the health concern will be sorted now. Thank you 😊

I visited the nurse for a health check up , the appointment was suppose to take half an hour. I was shocked to be called precisely on time. I was in and out of the room within I would say less than 10 minutes. Which is fine if you are called for a blood test, blood pressure and weight. No conversation took place and yet in the records the nurse has written down : 'advice given about weight management' and a comment: 'enjoys moderate exercise'. I wonder what the nurse does with the rest of the time left over, it is obvious she is inventing and paid to do that, the NHS constantly on strike and complaining , I guess that is in her case the way out, pretend the patient has been in the room the full 30 minutes and make up records . A disgrace . The nurse thinks we don't have the technology to investigate her deceitfulness, it is obvious. We might not be geniuses but you have given us the tool to follow our health and your lies. If you do not like your job, leave or write what really took place in your consultation room.

We make no attempt to deceive our patients and actively encourage patients to access their online record - so much so that we have led training sessions for patients to learn how to view their online record - we understand what a valuable tool prospective access is. The nurse who took my blood was extremely pleasant and friendly, also l absolutely didn't feel the needle going in ,a big well done to her.
