the practitioner (l ee) was highly professional and knowledgeable during my consultation. he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help. i felt ressured upon leaving and felt that i had been listened to and respected. the acp was highly competent and i felt comfortable in discussing my medical issue. his response was very kind, supportive and was able to advise me appropriately. the acp is an asset to the surgery.

The doctor I saw took his time to explain things to me, examine me, diagnose my problem and prescribe appropriate medication. I was able to talk to him about my concerns without feeling rushed. He was brilliant

Lovely helpful receptionist got an appointment the same day when calling at 8.30. Wonderful practitioner. Listened and was very helpful prescribed medication for my son and give great advice. Overall experience was great.

Doctor examined my facial lesion in depth and explained concisely the possible outcomes. I have been referred on the fast track system and I left the appointment with a very clear understanding of my diagnosis.

I can never speak to the practice on the phone, I always have to go there in person. When you ring up the message says that the call wait list is full, so please call back. My last practice had different phone lines for appointments, which meant that you could get through to talk about other things.

We have experienced some intermittent problems with our telephones over the last few weeks, however these are hopefully now resolved. I appreciate your suggestion of a solution, and this is something that is currently in consideration, however we do need to assess any potential risks of this. I had been avoiding this appointment for a long time due to embarrassment and not feeling like it was an urgent problem. I was able to get an appointment easily and seen the same day. The Nurse Practitioner was very welcoming and really helpful. I ended up having further questions and was able to request bloods and a scan for another issue. Came away feeling like I’d been listened to and more educated.

I have recently used to practice's E consult option and was very surprised with the efficiency of this service. Within an hour of completing the online form, I received a phone call from the surgery, resulting in an appointment with the doctor two days later ... It's a great alternative to calling the surgery ..

The eConsult service has a limitation applied to ensure the safe care of all of our patients, however the number we can receive will depend on our clinical capacity. Called to get apt as chest pains.Seen straight away by the lady paramedic who is a credit to the NHS .She was so thorough and caring.Checked everything and extremely knowledgeable..10 out if 10 ! Was so impressed.
