    The team were excellent from the moment they arrived to the handover at A&E Northampton. I had found my husband unresponsive in the garden. I was so relieved by their attitude that he was in very capable hands. They were so efficient, kind and reassuring. I am most grateful to the whole team. Thank you.

    I collapsed in Newark On Trent and an ambulance was called. It arrived really quickly and the care I got from the 2 paramedics right through to handover at Lincoln County Hospital was first class. I cannot praise them highly enough.

    I received the call we all dread and my heart hurts. The patient didn’t make it but and it’s a big but you were all angels and i will never ever forget how you reassured me. You all went above and beyond and treated the patient as a present person rather than a passed one…. It may sound silly but I couldn’t have handled past tense at that moment. I think ppl assume emergency services just rescue, however it’s so much more. To me you are all angels and I am forever grateful of how you dealt with a very difficult situation. I just wanted to let you know I am so grateful of everything you do. Obviously all details need to be anonymous but if admin wanted to contact me for further feedback I would be happy to discuss in more depth. Bless you all x

  4. Review titled Paramedics went above and beyond

    The two paramedics who took me to hospital went above and beyond to support myself and my mum during a very difficult time. They showed professionalism, humanity and compassion. Despite it being the end of their long shift they showed humour and treated me with dignity and respect throughout. I am unable to write names here - but if possible I would love to contact someone to pass on my admiration of such strong wonderful people who remind us that even with everything going on in the world right now, there are still kind souls out there.

    I had an ambulance sent very quickly to my work location and the 3 paramedics were very nice people with a great sense of humour. They explained the tests being carried out and reassured myself that everything was ok We chatted about numerous things and they are all a credit to the nhs

    I called an ambulance yesterday, one of many over the last 18months. All have been prompt but the Para Medics that came to my house to see my husband - 19th July at approx. 9am, were so compassionate, helpful and kind that I really needed to tell someone. I could not find an e mail address so this will have to do until I do! All the Para Medics have been very helpful and kind but these two gentlemen went above and beyond. It says in the 'rules' not to say any names. A shame but they took my husband safely to Skegness Hospital. Thank you both.

    The abmbulance team (ref ID) 8430 and 10291 responded to a 999 call regarding my wife,s potential heat attack. They checked her carefully gave her an ECG and concluded that all of her vital signs were good, they took time to explain in detail what they did and what they concluded They were very proffesional and extremely friendly a great credit to themselves and the service

    My wife required Non Urgent Patient Transport. One the first occasion the transport failed to arrive, on the second a one person crew arrived when it had been clearly stated in the notes that my wife required a two person crew. On the third occasion a two person crew arrived who were polite, efficent and professional in the best sense of the word e.g. we were running late, but they had already contacted the hospital to let them know this and ensure that my wife would be seen. They were wonderful and helped reassure my wife during a very stressful time. EMAS could do better, but when they get it right they are brilliant.

    We called an ambulance for an emergency, it arrived in about 20minutes ,from entrance to home to hospital admittance the attention and care was first class and could not be faulted in any way, you have to experience the situation to realise what a difficult job they have,I can't thank them enough for everything they did to help Stephney
