  1. Review titled Amazing service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I would like to provide feedback regarding two recent call outs when my father was unwell. I cannot thank both the ambulance service and the paramedics enough. The staff were really polite and explained everything well. During the second incident we had the service out within minutes and at the hospital very quickly. Thank you for all your support. A big thanks to these staff who do a remarkable job helping people like us when we need them the most.

The paramedics attended promptly. They were kind and considerate but also very professional and spoke to my husband and I in a clear, calm but friendly way. First class and a credit to the service.

  4. Review titled Excellent care from paramedic team Alpha 102 - Feltham

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Joseph Tranter - Posted on 15 May 2023

During a traumatic time following an accident I was transferred 'blue light' from Ealing Hospital to St Mary's in London. Alpha 102 based in Feltham were the paramedics who made the transfer. I would like to thank them for their kind and professional help they gave to me - before, during and after the journey. Their service and kindness was impeccable. I would like to thank them for everything they did to make sure that my spinal injury was protected at all times.

  5. Review titled True Professionals

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Called 999 when found housemate unconscious. Police and ambulance arrived within minutes. Early responder from ambulance was a true professional, took immediate control, spoke calmly and effectively and issued clear and calm instructions to all present. Soon there were 8 ambulance and approx 20 police (the person was young). They cleaned up before the family arrived (patient had 'flatlined' prior to my discovery. Care was taken by both ambulance people and police to ensure all family needs were met, as well as trauma responses from myself and others, in addition to fulfilling their very demanding roles. I could not have expected more. I was particularly impressed by how methodical yet calm, and caring they all were. I was also relieved and reassured that they made the environment as palatable for the family under such distressing circumstances, and checked that everyone was fine (under the circumstances) before departing.

  6. Review titled Great service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

2 paramedics ( Cheyenne & Emily) come to our service to assist with a client, not only were they empathetic with the client they also took time to make numerous phone calls to get the help required which took them around 2 hours this resulted in them taking the client to the local hospital. They were amazing throughout.

  8. Review titled Chest infection

by Aussie - Posted on 04 April 2023

I phoned 111 at 05.00 in the morning. Told my story. Been awake all night start of chest infection. The First Lady took all details and said clinician would ring me. She rang quite quickly. Listened to symptoms. Then said a supermarket nearby has pharmacy. They open at 08.00. My neighbour went and collected antibiotics for me. I could not ask for more, thank you so much.

  10. Review titled Wonderful care

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 06 March 2023

Paramedics were called out to my mum who is in a nursing home. She has a COPD and a fear of hospitals. She was adamant that she didn’t want to go to hospital and the patience and care that the paramedics showed her was wonderful to see. They explained what they were doing and why. They treated her with absolute dignity and respect. They spoke to her about her options and they were incredibly kind towards myself and my brother at a difficult time. I could not fault either of them. First class care and first class ‘service’. I cannot praise them enough. They were exceptional.
