   Can not fault service received, my granddaughter had a febrile convulsion a few days ago paramedics arrived within minutes, call handler was fantastic too, stayed on phone till ambulance arrived. Paramedics were so good and reassuring, stayed an explained everything, then took my granddaughter to Northwick Park Hospital, was seen and assessed speedily and underwent many tests and investigations. Well done NHS. Fantastic service.
