Thanks to the two ladies who attended my husband this morning 4/10/2024. for their care and support { just before their shift finished} He's home now after checks at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. All to do with the "rib cage" time will heal! Thanks again to the two female and paramedics

My driver today rang to tell me how long he would be. Assisted me to the car. Was a great driver. His conversation cheered me immensely. When i got to the hospital he procured a wheelchair took me to the correct department. 16901814 was my ref number today. Please thank him for me. He made my journey very pleasant.

Phoned 111 5th September 2024 with a suspected UTI was treated at Whitby hospital within a couple of hours by the best hospital staff I have ever dealt with I could not have wished for a better service.

A huge thank you to the two crews who came out to help my 89 year old mum on the evening of 9 August and daytime Saturday 10 August. Both crews were absolutely amazing going above and beyond - nothing was too much - even managing to get mum to eat something! They helped mum so much when she was in need and the failing social care system let her down. Mum was bedbound and hadn’t eaten for over 4 weeks and complained of pains in her chest. We absolutely can’t thank them enough for everything they did for mum as well as for their professionalism and awareness of the system - they tried everything possible to get the right help and support she needed. Sadly the only option available was admitting her to a&e. Thank you so much for all you did we are truly grateful

On the 30th August at 12.50pm I called 999 as I was experiencing extreme difficulty breathing. The ambulance dispatcher insisted on staying on the line, constantly reassuring me until the paramedics were physically in my home. The two paramedics from Doncaster ambulance station were amazing. I could write forever praising them both but there aren't enough superlatives. They took me to Rotherham District General Hospital where I stayed for 11 days receiving excellent care. I do hope that you can pass on my thanks to the paramedics. Thank you so much

The Paramedics who attended me were extremely helpful and gave me best care. The website is not allowing me to mention their names, this is the team that attended s35 Chapeltown area in Sheffield. Thank you so much for helping me and being extremely patient with my children!

To the paramedics , I just want to thank these guys and all your team on how amazing you are and how much you guys helped our family, hopefully now with this eye opener we can now get full support. On my daughters situation, my daughters 17 , 18 in a couple of months anyone knows how hard it is to parent a teenager , thanks to these guys , everything iv tried to say has finally been put in the clear, now we can move forward. had to dial999 my 85 year old wife not responsive crew came within 10to15 min diagnosed sepsis and within 20 min were on the way to Rotherham hospital team were very kind and understanding so i would like thank you for eveything you did for my Wife and myself

Very late Tuesday 25th June. 111 sent ambulance, after I rang to request medical advice on very bad chest pain I had thinking it was gastritis. They came out within the hour, did all the usual observations , then gave the advice I should go to hospital, in spite of me insisting I didn't want to waste theirs or hospital time. My husband listened to them and insisted I go. They were good humoured, reassuring and never once made me think I was wasting their time. So they took me to LGI Accident and Emergency, where it was later discovered I had had small heart attack and was treated. So I thank God for them and the LGI, had 9 not listened to them it would have been a lot more serious than it was. This is the 2nd time in a month I have had to have an ambulance, and the same excellent level of care as the first. You have wonderful crews, cherish them.
