Excellent care when a room finally available for me. Long waiting period prior to being transferred to Room with no updates given. Moved 4 times. Stayed in different Ward twice Staff kind and caring Finally to Theatre Suite with greeting from Surgeon. Operation went well

I was referred at Addenbrooke’s Dermatology Clinic in 2020 . After a very long wait I was finally seen in November 2021 . The doctor who saw me , said I will have a review appointment after a year in November 2022 . It’s now June 2023 and still didn’t receive an appointment. I called them twice and both times they said that my Gp needs to write to them again saying that my symptoms got worse and to asked to be seen faster. My Gp said this is ridiculous and they should see me. When I called the hospital again they said I am now on a non-emergency list and I’ll have to wait . I already waited a year and 8 months and this is unacceptable.

Excellent service! My best wishes to doctors and nurses who treatment me. Attentive doctors and staff. Comfortable beds ,clean,all my sheets were changed every day. I was be able to select a meal from menu.And I had a shower every day. Thank you very much.I wish all health and peace.

I had surgery done and staff were lovely , friendly.Doctors very sensitive and did a great job of putting my wound together. In next couple of days I came back so see if would is infected.The nurses and receptionist were more than I expected.Thank you so much for being so kind!I don't know the named but it was in the morning of 15 July 23.

Throughout the whole process of treatment all staff have been wonderful, very thoughtful, kind remaining professional. A big shoutout to the staff in the carpark, unbelievably kind and thoughtful! - The only poor service was from the in hospital pharmacy - they need more training and staff.

Arrived in A&E at 9pm, not very busy. Triaged quickly,Bp and ecg done. Get transferred to Eau within 2 hours. Not busy up there. Had BP taken was very low.nurse comes and takes bloods 4 hours after we had arrived. Still not seen anyone.was told dr would see us next, she walked off the ward and no one knew where she was. Sat waiting for 9 hours and still not even seen a dr. Nurses werent bothered, no further checks on me during the 7 hours i was sat in eau. Discharged myself in the end . What a farce.

The paediatric rheumatology team at Addenbrookes are amazing - thank you for all your help - staff are kind and hard working - all care given was great
