I attended the Endoscopy Department on 17 August 2023. The Receptionist, the Nursing Staff, Specialist Nurse and Doctor wee all amazing. I was very nervous; the staff put me at ease, were kind and empathetic. Thank you for the biscuits, drink and excellent care. I have attended this department in the past for the same procedure ….excellent then too. Thank you all so much.

Can t fault the service given. Staff were excellent, nothing was to much trouble. Kept well informed throughout the stay, and everything was explained clearly. Food was great to, just an excellent service Can t thank you enough.

All staff are lovely, friendly and easy to talk to. Great service. The only thing that lets it down is the lack of communication for apppintments. Constantly having to chase otherwise i dont get my appts through. Not good when you have cancer.

Waited 3/4 hours to be seen with chronic back pain after fall. Was told it was torn ligaments, no offer of X-ray, returned 4 days later with a letter from my GP recommending an X-ray, another 3/4 hour wait in agony to be told for the second time torn ligaments, eventually the “doctor” sent me for X-ray which resulted in a back fracture. Absolutely disgusting, triage wasn’t much better, told me to go in the waiting room and she would bring me painkillers, she did not and I was in so much pain I didn’t have the strength to remind her. X-ray staff were no better, no sympathy shown whatsoever. Will I use A&E at Redditch again I would say 100% No

Ward 16, you are all amazing. I can't thank you enough for the care I recieved. You are all heroes to me. A special thank You to the staff nurse , you are a brilliant leader.

I had an outpatient cardiologist appointment today ,and I was so nervous but the staff there put me at ease and were so kind. The consultant I saw was wonderful and compassionate and I felt very reassured and listened to.

Admitted to Urology ward on Monday after initially being sent home and delayed CT scan. The ward nursing staff,Doctors and especially the anesthetist were wonderful,my initial fears were understood I was put at at ease and can only say they demonstrated compassion in what was a busy weekend for them.Top marks

We visited the hospital for an outpatient’s appointment and arrived in good time 15 minutes before we were due. We then had a + 2 hour wait for the appointment as the clinic was running behind time. Because of this and no fault of our own we were charged £5.00 for the parking which was really annoying and excessive. To make matters worse when we left the car park the barrier was up and we probably needn’t have paid. I know this is only a little thing but it is really an unfair tax on people attending the hospital.

My mom has been in hospital for over 10days now she had fantastic care to the highest standard you could ask for. The whole team work together and nothing to much for them. I prefer Worcestershire care better than Birmingham as they have time for the patients. Every part of the hospital is lovely and clean.

I have very recently been admitted to the Hospital for surgery, and can honestly say that this is the best Hospital I have ever stayed in, I was in Ward 17, and the staff , without exception, were outstanding. Every nurse, doctor, cleaner, orderly, volunteer etc., etc., were so hardworking, kind, caring, understanding, courteous. I could go on and on. Keep up the very good work.
