Rated 5 stars out of 5

I was in the cardiac day suite having an angiogram(12/9/22)early morning. The ward secretary and ward nurse where excellent. I was some what worried but was instantly put at ease by these two young women. Very nice , couldn’t do enough to make me feel comfortable, very helpful and while doing all this they where happy to be doing it. Can’t thank them enough. Fantastic staff and deserve any praise they receive.

  2. Review titled Traumatic experience !

Rated 1 star out of 5

After visiting a+e on Friday 23rd Sept 22, with my sister who had a broken knee & tibia waited 14 hours was told they happy for my sister to go home and wait 7 days to be booked for operation. I was obviously shocked and upset by this so admittedly raised my voice pleading with nurse to explain why they think she can go home?? sternley told they will provide a zimmer with wheels & my sister could push zimmer and hop on the leg they witnessed her standing earlier. During this time a security employee swaggered over & very rudely demanded I lower my voice as they only trying to help. I was enraged & upset & in disbelief how they employed someone to work in such an environment with zero people skills. He was an arrogant rude and just trying to intimidate a distressed female in her 50's just because he can. I actually think the staff sadly do need security for there safety but you would think there would a few must haves i.e public relation training, empathy, understanding more importantly knowing when intervention is needed.
