I was dreading my son had dental surgery he's autistic and he doesn't deal very well with these situations but the staff were absolutely fantastic every single member of staff helped him so much I can't thank them enough. So kind and caring, I really appreciate the care he received.

I had to have a tooth extracted at B'ham Dental Hospital and the whole experience was incredibly professional (at all the steps: main reception, initial consultation, X-ray, & finally the extraction). I would like to specifically commend all on the patient care element because it was really, really good. Thanks to all involved for your care, & excellent professionalism.

My husband has been having treatments for the last 16months he was very nervous. The staff have been amazing talked to him gave him patience and understanding. They allowed me to be with him as much as possible which helped enormously. Wonderful professional service great staff thankyou.

I had a brilliant experience this week - I had my consultation on Tuesday regarding the removal of my wisdom teeth (very thorough examination and x-ray) and had the removal 3 days later. Very professional - even when there was a struggle with a bone-fused wisdom tooth which proved quite difficult, and the removal was as expected, I was kept up to date at all times. I can't recommend this dental hospital enough, they were very caring and detailed and I was very at ease at all times.

Today I visited the Birmingham Dental Hospital and what a wonderful experience. In my consultation I was immediately made to feel at ease, with clear detailed information on the options that are available and for my planned treatment Both the clinician and assistant are a credit to this hospital Thank you

Having grown up in the 50s I have always been scared of dentists because there wasn't the modern technology there is today. I was very nervous about having a very awkward and crumbling wisdom tooth removed but it was carried out with minimal pain and lots of verbal support. My partner was allowed in with me.

From my first visit to Birmingham Dental Hospital to the final removal of a problem lump and extraction of tooth, I have received nothing but very professional, friendly service from every member of staff, in particular the dental surgeon and assistant. Such care and respect are rare these days and more than ever appreciated.

Referred for assessment by my dentist I experienced a thorough check from the dental consultant and clear explanation of the options going forward. The approach of both the dentist and the assistant was warm and personable. I felt treated as an individual and was impressed by the overall setup at the Dental Hospital. I feel more relaxed about the next steps in my treatment.
