  1. Review titled Shocking

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Danny - Posted on 01 July 2022

I have just been to the A&E, I am suffering from a severe UC flare. I got there checked in which is really confusing where to check in. I left after an hour I could not sit anywhere my body is aching all over I’m struggling to even walk due to my disease. It’s was severely unsafe in there toilets disgusting with no hand soap in there. People laying all over the floor. I now have to go home and just hope for the best. I’m shocked how bad it was.

The staff are excellent. Yes the waiting times are long but I feel like that is understandable. Every member of staff has been helpful and compassionate.
