   Waiting for hours on trolley, 3pm until 12.30 am, good staff but abhorrent environment once moved (still on A&E) filthy dirty, toilets with Diarrhoea everywhere, placed adjacent to person with vomiting & diarrhoea, asked to go back to original waiting area as it was so healthily Not safe. Once moved to a ward it was spotlessly clean, lots of staff but massive delays with everything. If teams communicated better then beds would free up much quicker, major delays with pharmacy
