I attended today for and MRI from the start of reception and to being called for my appointment was second to none and the staff which performed the operation were very very good cannot praise the whole experience any enough, also the reception staff were very positive re instructions. Will Done.

So the urgent care team saved my life . The doctor/GP that I saw , straight away realised that there was a problem with my kidney stone . He rang Canterbury hospital and told them I was coming in . Basically the stone had become lodged and my kidney was swelling up . Had two hr operation . If this GP had not been so vigilant I may not have been there .

My Wife has been calling to speak to the main reception now fir 3 days. The phone just rings and rings. If someone does bother to answer then they put the phone down. How are you suppose to speak to someone. Ridiculous

My contact lenses were lost in my eye sockets.I could not remove them My optician refused to help me and recommended Minor injuries I tried all day but sadly I had to attend Buckland Urgent Care The staff on duty were exemplary so professional and they removed my lenses it was not an easy job but they carried it out with complete care .I was discharged with antibiotics .and I am eternally grateful for such a wonderful team Thank you so much x

Arrived at 08:00 to walk-in expected a very long wait as I had no appointment. Several other people waiting before me, called at 08:20 to see Doctor. At 08:40 after treatment I was on my way out. Down to the chemist to get a prescription that had been forwarded, home by 09:30. Marvellous service by a great team,thanks

On way to the hospital for a CT scan, my 90 year old father tripped a fell hurting his hip and hands. The staff from reception, through to the nurses and the xray team, were absolutely brilliant and a real credit to your hospital. Definitely my best experience of any hospital to date.

Attended today for routine eye screening. Service exceptional.Put at ease and felt a human touch. The staff member remembered personal information and didn't feel like the next lemon through the door. Very professional knowledgeable and open to questions. A credit to the NHS.

I had an ultrasound at very short notice. The nurse explained the procedure and arranged matters so they were as convenient as possible. The nurse, the sonographer were all very helpful and a pleasure to meet. I was at the hospital at 0845 on Sunday 8 Oct.

We had to take my 16 month old to Urgent Care after waiting all day for a call from my Dr's practice. When my childs breathing became worse and temperature increased we made the decision to go to urgent care. After checking in and sitting in the waiting room, my child became abit upset and wheezing loudly. The receptionist heard the wheezing from quite a distance and called for someone to see us straight away. We were so grateful for this. The medical team that then saw my child were so amazing too, trying to keep them calm in a distressing situation and generally being so gentle. After collecting the prescription, within a few hours my child massively improved. So grateful for the service we recieved as it is very upset seeing a child struggling to breath properly

I attended the Buckland Hospital for a Scan and cannot fault anything. I received excellent service from all the staff. Everyone was very caring and explained all I needed to know. Thanks for a great service.
