I can't speak highly enough of every single staff member that I came into contact with at Cannock Hospital when I attended for spinal injection. They were kind and pleasant and treated me with real compassion. They patiently explained everything and made me feel valued and cared for.

Went to Hollybank ward for my injections in my thumbs. Nurses were amazing very caring..couldn't do enough for you ..lovely experience

Arrived nice and early for my shoulder injection. From the start to the finish the experience was very good and professionally managed. All staff were friendly and informative. A big well done to all staff who looked after me.

I had my procedure recently at Cannock Chase Hospital. From my pre-op to my operation everyone was very helpful and supportive. The anaesthetist team were excellent and a very professional unit. Nursing staff on the recovery ward and my general ward were all first class. My only issue was the delay over discharge. Having the impression I would be discharged after lunch, I was eventually discharged after 8.30pm. There was no obvious reason for this delay. That said, I certainly have no complaints about my surgery or post-surgery care.

I had a carpal tunnel decompression operation under a local anesthetic with the NHS. The whole experience from start to finish was like receiving 5 star private care. Absolutely fist class. The care and attention from all of the team was reassuring, considerate and professional. I felt relaxed and comfortable through the whole procedure as the team constantly talked to me, keeping me informed what was happening throughout. Also the attention to detail of the safety processes was excellent. Thank you to everyone at Cannock Chase Hospital.

I was scheduled for knee replacement surgery at Cannock Chase Hospital, under the Care of Mt Chugh. Post surgery, I was placed on Hilton Main Ward. I would wish to relay my gratitude to all the staff who provided this service. The care and consideration i received on Hilton Main Ward was fantastic. The staff could not have been more helpful and considerate. And all done with warmth and a friendly smile. Again sincere thanks.

I was very well cared for by a compassionate and extremely hard working team. Everything was done with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. They were all lovely from surgeons to cleaning staff. I couldn't fault Cannock Hospital for their care and dedication. Thankyou NHS.
