Everything about the experience was positive. Staff were exceptional, organised, friendly, and professional, which made the situation very calming, everything was explained in detail, and I was comfortable with the whole process

I received care last week initially from Hollybank Ward then had post care from Hilton Main Ward at Cannock Chase Hospital. Before during and after my hip replacement surgery the treatment and care I received was outstanding, nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff, I cannot thank them enough, keep doing what you do on a daily basis you are one truly amazing team.

What an amazing team at Cannock Hospital Hollybank Ward. I have had surgery at numerous hospitals, private included, and I can honestly say that this team and hospital are the best. From admittance to discharge they were a well oiled machine, I have never seen anything like it. Amazing, thank you

Excellent theatre experience and follow-up care by nurse on ward was also excellent. All procedures were clearly explained in advance.

I had a carpel tunnel operation at Cannock Chase Hospital From start to finish I was treated with respect and dignity. Through every step of the procedure all the staff from each team were lovely. The team who admitted me the team who prepared me the surgical team recovery team discharge team and consultant were so very professional. Thank you

I had an infusion of Zelondronic acid to help protect bones. The welcome was delightful. Everyone amazingly helpful and welcoming. All staff who dealt with me were friendly, comforting and respectful.

Review titled A total hip replacement.

I was admitted to Cannock Chase Hospital at the beginning of October, 2023, for a total hip replacement. From the moment I was booked in, to being taken to Hilton Main Ward post op' for recuperation, the service I received was exemplary, especially on Hilton Main. The staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful, and were cheerful at the same time, which helped keep up my moral. What also surprised me, was how good the food was. It was well cooked, wholesome food, with a great flavour and texture, and piping hot. I also got all of the meals that I'd requested. So very well done and a big thanks to everyone involved in my care.
