    The Dean family would like to extend their eternal gratitude for the unbelievable compassionate care and treatment our Mum received during her final days on the Oncology ward. They all went above and beyond when providing us with the support we needed at this time. We wouldn't have any reservations in recommending this hospital and the oncology ward when in need of end of life care.

    Had outpatient appointment in Ear Nose and Throat today. Every member of staff was kind, helpful and professional. I had tests and saw the consultant who took the time to listen to me, was really knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. They all made me feel like I mattered and I had total confidence in their professionalism. Spotlessly clean waiting and treatment rooms.

    Today i had to take my mum (86) to the Audiology dept at Castle Hill for a hearing test, due to a recent ear infection she was worried about having the test, she needn't have been, the Audiologist was attentive, gave her lots of time, reassured her and was very gentle making the casts for her new hearing aids, she also did a temporary repair on her existing hearing aid and fully explained how her new hearing aids will help her when she gets them. The Audiologist could not have been more professional, the level of care my mum received can only be described as exemplary, on behalf of my mum, thank you.

    Turps operation undertaken10/11/22. from registering in to the surgical admission lounge, operation and recovery on ward 15 the best way to describe this whole team is truly professional. i will admit to been apprehensive before going in for the operation but everything was fully explained at each stage and the theme no such thing as a silly question seemed to run throughout. I did read some reviews before going in and just to re-assure dont worry you are in safe hands !

    I completed 4 weeks of Radiotherapy last Monday 7th, and would like to complement the staff. They made what could have been an anxious experience, into a stress free one, with their personal and professional conduct. We hear a lot about the NHS in critical terms nowadays, but I for one cannot praise you enough. Many Thanks

    Because of my deteriorating hearing, I have used the Audiology Department many times. The service I get is first class, always done in a professional and caring way. I cannot thank them enough for the way they have looked after me over the years. I will always be grateful, and I thank god we have these wonderful people to help us when we need them. Thank you.

    I attended an Immunology Clinic in which the consultant quickly diagnosed my issues he said he would send a letter to my GP. I am still waiting for this letter and until I get the correct medication I am suffering as usual. The GP informs me I need to speak to the Immunology Department at Castle Hill Hospital. I have tried contacting the hospital them several times but each time the number I am ringing 'clicks' off after no one picks up.

    I have been under the care of breast services since January 2022 and all I can say is that every member of staff in this department is an angel. The care and attention I have received is second to none with nothing being too much trouble. From screening through to surgery and radiotherapy everyone has had my best interests at heart and I have been made to feel very comfortable and highly valued. At first I was obviously extremely nervous when called back for treatment but I want to say to anyone who finds themselves in the same position that you have absolutely nothing to fear. You will be looked after with professionalism and kindness and will always feel that you’re health and wellbeing are the primary focus of everyone in the department. With very grateful thanks for your continued care and support.

    Having been attending Grimsby hospital for two partial treatments for Myloma a further treatment was prescribed needing attendance at CH.Around trip for me of100 miles. The first two visits were a total nearly 7 hours waiting. The second visit on the 26 10 2022 finished after the pharmacy had closed which meant a further trip of 100 miles. To pick up the drugs During this visit I enquired about the follow up appointment authorised by the consultant. Despite being 5 days after the authorising the booking office Haemotolgy had no record of the request
