    Have tried 20 times to say I cannot attend appointment - cannot get answer on their number and no other way of contacting - going in circles for days! absolute pants - guess we will miss appointment then!

    Be a good idea to answer the phone once in a blue moon. The website is almost useless as it does not take you to the department concerned. Numbers given are for the hospital itself. Absolutely useless.
