    I was referred to the clinic in 2020. To cut a long story short there has been no reply to 2 GP letters and I am still waiting for the August 2022 phone call. I feel uncared for and totally let down.

  2. Review titled My outpatient appointment

    I saw two nurses slightly later than my appointment time, but this did not matter to me.  I felt very reassured after scans they had done efficiently on my side and lower back near kidneys. They answered my questions about the procedure very well in non medical language
