My appointment was scheduled for 30.08.22. I received cancellation text message on the day. I rang the service as they didn't send me new appointment and I was assured that the next appointment will arrive by the end of the day and that it will be scheduled for September 2022. Today (01.09) I received a text with the booking for 23rd December 2022. I rang the number on the booking to discuss this ,as I wasn't sure if it was an error or a joke. I was told this time that it's not 01302642500 that is able to amend it but I need to call 01909572172. So I did few times, no one answers. They don't deserve in my eyes to be called a professional service

All the staff I was in contact with for my recent emergency were absolutly fantastic, from call center,ambulance.resus to ward 3 and to ward 24 where all the staff were fantastic all are stars and one a mega star and role model to women (I still stick my hand up for stats at night),could not fault my treatment at all, people need to spend just one shift with these people to see what a brilliant job they do, a very big thankyou to all of you, you are all stars to me

my wife was moved on the ward from a and e even thought they was short in staff (goverments fault not giving decent wage )they was kind towards my wife ask if she like a drink told me to go and make one for myself while fitted somet hink below cant praise them enouth the care they gave her while on the ward all 3 that seen to my wife and she felt at ease then

I had my first appointment with midwife . I’m high risk pregnancy. I’ve felt no support. My first scan is in August that will be my 12 week scan . Next appointment wi midwife is September. I’ve had problems wi spotting and have rang up only to be told if I get pain or blood down my leg . To go A&E .I have had a miscarriage last year . I’ve had to pay for 2 private scans to be told only a sac can be seen . I was under epu b4 . Didn’t get treated wi respect or care . So I don’t want to go though that again. I feel like when ur losing a pregnancy no one seems to care . And that you are mixed with pregnant people. . Im been treated like a normal healthy pregnancy. . . When im not . I have lost faith. I need to be seen . But don’t want to b treated wi no care or disrespect .

Paramedics saved my life twice very caring even after arriving in a&e ,when I came round paramedic said oh I've seen you with your eyes open. Treated me with respect ,only thing I said was you've hurt me but without resuscitation I wouldn't have been hear even though he broke r4 ribs he was still marvellous

Needed to visit A&E dept in the early hours of 9 July with my three year old granddaughter Check in was prompt and the doctor on duty made her feel at ease and was extremely thorough in his treatment of her I therefore wish to thank DRI for outstanding service on that occasion

I was on ward G5 as a day patient for a Hysteroscopy and Endrometrial Biopsy. I was very anxious but staff took time to explain procedures, and more importantly to listen. Every step was taken to make me feel relaxed and secure. I felt cared for. Thank you to all the staff for helping me through a worrying time.
