Spent Thursday 19th January in the red zone with my husband during a whole night shift. The three staff in there were working under great pressure with an incredible work load . Despite the pressures they were kind compassionate and caring. They are a credit to your department.

I was seen by the dermatology team for biopsies on my face and my back. The staff were exceptional. There was a doctor, a nurse and a nursing associate and they were all fabulous. I was very nervous and they made me feel relaxed (that was a huge achievement!) The care I received was of the highest standard and I cannot thank them enough

My dad had a fall in December and was taken to Doncaster (dri) from the moment we got there he had the best drs and nurses there he was then taken to ward 1/3 where he had a hip operation the staff were absolutely amazing even down to the domestics my dad has server dementia I cant thank them enough for all they did for him. From the bottom of my heart thank you dri xxx

Prompt treatment when I came in by the lovely kind staff. All the nurses looked after me and made my stay a pleasant one. I will never forget you god bless you all.

My young daughter was displaying some worrying symptoms regarding Strep A. However, without knowing for sure we monitored her at home, until 111 recommend us take her to A&E as her state was deteriorating. We visited Doncaster Royal Infirmary and it was the best experience we’ve ever had in an emergency department. From triage to treatment it took 3 hours which was highly efficient and I cannot comment the staff enough, from the reception staff to the GP’s the care given was second to none. They confirmed she had Strep A and she was prescribed some medication and we was sent home, thankfully. After visiting another A&E the previous evening and having to self discharge due to 10+ wait time, Doncaster saved the day and I could never thank them enough.

I had my gallbladder removed yesterday. I was anxious about the procedure but put at ease by all the staff. The nurses I had were all kind and caring and I felt safe and looked after during a vulnerable time. We are lucky to have such people in our NHS.

I went to A & E because of a breathing problem. Ok there was a wait, but the minute you went inside, you felt under their care and safe. There was a long wait I a & e, but I was receiving constant treatment and was mesmerised at the work every individual was doing. I was finally transferred to a wing in the EMU department. They looked after me for the next 4 days and 3 nights, these are such professional people and I again felt safe and knew that they would do anything and everything in their power to stop anything bad from happening to me. Thank you to every single person in that hospital that contributed to my recovery. I can never thank each 1 of you personally, buy you are heroes, keep on doing what you're doing, you will be repaid tenfold. God Bless you all.

Considering how stretched and stressed staff-in the nhs are, the service I received was outstanding! From reception, nursing, medics, porters & X-ray staff. I have nothing but praise and admiration for all staff keeping the nhs running!

Seen today and given my results that were probably what I expecting. Everything was explained what would happen next with care and not rushed. I now feel confident with what's going to happen to me. The staff were amazing

I have had the unfortunate experience in dealing with this department as an outpatient over the last year and treatment has been terrible. It's impossible to be seen in person only over the phone despite them repeatedly promising to meet face to face. They have been continuously dismissive of my symptoms offering only the treatment options with a deliberately long pathway that fits their own narrative at other hospitals such as sheffield. One can only imagine this is so i'm taking of whatever waiting list I'm on and they meet their targets. They never do what they say they will, you never speak to the same consultant twice are passed around like a proverbial football. They can't even return a phone call when they say they will. If you are fortunate to have a choice I strongly recommend a different hospital.
