    First time here. 1. Why is the bus stop located beyond the hospital? The stop should be right outside the outpatients. There is plenty of space to put it there. 2. Large sign says Outpatients but where is the pedestrian entrance? 3. No obvious pavements for pedestrians. Will come by car next time…

    Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. Did you get off the bus in the Hospital ground near the Greggs? There are Zebra crossings that go through the car park to take patients up to the hospital.     My dad spent time both in A and E and then to Huxley ward. His treatment was fast and efficient and the staff I encountered were very professional and caring both on the ward and A and E. I also encountered the auditory department with the same professionalism. Some lovely additional touches at this hospital such as a mask dispenser at the main entrance.

  3. Review titled Experience in the endoscopy unit

    Just been treated in the endoscopy suite. The nurses and the admin staff and the consultant who performed the gastroscopy on me were absolutely brilliant. Professional, with impeccable manners, and attentive in their care. Just waiting to be collected, enjoying a delicious chicken mayonnaise sandwich and a cup of tea while I wait. Thank crikey for the NHS.

    This year I had two emergency admissions to Ealing Hospital - I spent nearly a week in AMU in March and was admitted again in October with a different illness this time to Ward 3 South for 5 days. The care that I received during both stays was amazing - from doctors, nurses, radiology staff, health care assistants and everyone I came into contact with. The staff on both wards were so caring and patient and the medical treatment I received was excellent. I feel lucky to have such a great hospital so close to my home. The doctors in A&E were very skilled at diagnosing me and getting me the care that I needed - it is a shame that A&E is so understaffed - it is an incredibly busy department and I feel sorry for the staff who have to deal with frustrated patients. But I will always choose Ealing Hospital if I am unfortunate enough to need emergency care again - I think it is a great hospital.

  5. Review titled Worst service ever provided

    I have been size December last year trying to get my daughter tested and follow up on allergy tests haven’t been seeing by a consultant till today and takes another two weeks for an online referral to cross departments, to than supposably book an appointment!!!
