    I was given an appointment on the day that I am unable to attend although my GP referring is aware of the date. Then I received the appointment letter and of course I need to change as I am not able to attend, as I do not want the NHS to waste appointment slot or money for not turning up. The telephone no. given was not correct as each time I call the answering machine wants an extension number although it does not specify. So I have to call the community hospital, help centre and it goes round the block . It took me 20 calls over 2 hours to finally get through and she said she will call me back as she is dealing with someone at present. I tried to change the appt online and finally I found the page and it takes at least 3 days to let me know. Is luck on my side, I hope I am still around to answer it and choose the date. Wow what an experience ! I now know why people don't turn up for their appointments.

    I had to go for an Aortic scan today, went to one reception desk and was directed to a different one, went there and was sent back, spoke to the lady, who said she couldn't hear me, i repeated my question and she asked why i raised my voice, I feel it was because she did not understand my accent, i finally got directions and went upstairs, there was no clear signage, i went to a reception desk with Ultrasound on it, was told it was not the right one, so wandered around, i arrived 15 minutes early and with the help of a charming young man got to the correct place with a minute to spare, i was dealt with by a nice person who was lovely, charming and helpful, on the way out I approached my Practise reception to ask where the blood tests now take place, lady was rude and told me it was "upstairs" and that blood tests were nothing to do with them, I pointed out that my GP had requested me to have one done, i left non the wiser, bad experience

    First visit to this hospital for blood tests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Went in early, Phlebotomist was friendly and professional. Will go there in future for blood tests.

    Very poor keep ringing this hospital nobody bothers to answer the phone on the website number . Rang the department number only to be informed to email due to high call volume or to send email this is everyday for the last week .totally unacceptable

    Prior to my appointment, I tried to look up information about the hospital and the location of its services , imaging in particular. There isn't any online information other than the telephone number and address of the hospital and a few other minor pieces of info none of which were helpful.

    What is the point in telling patients in letters that you can contact reception to make amendments/ask questions when they very obviously do not man the phone or take any calls. The line is constantly engaged (I tried on average 58 times in one day, no reception is that busy), in fact the only time a call got through was after 4pm when they closed, and you are greeted by an answering phone message. My query cannot be dealt with online (as they appear to be trying to force you to use) and I certainly do not have the time to physically go there just to ask a question! Appalling service.

    I received a 24 hour ecg through Eltham Community Hospital in July. I was told I would get the results 6 weeks later. After failing to get the results, I chased my gp, who said Eltham hadn't provided anything. I have since tried to contact the hospital to get my results and have either failed to get through or been hung up on. Terrible service.

    Was sent a text a few days ago with an appt for today that I absolutely cannot make. Have tried all morning to call the number given in the message, it is constantly engaged and then when it does ring nobody answers. I googled the hospital for contact details and the number given is never answered at all. The GP surgery has no contact details either. How on earth am I supposed to change this appt if there is absolutely no way of making contact? I am an NHS clinician myself and this has taken up most of my day. I really need this appt and do not want it to be accused of a no show, or have to go through a referral process again. I understand how difficult it is when people do not show up. Am really trying to do the right thing and it has proved impossible.

    I had an utrasound at the end of May. Was advised they would be sending the information back to my GP. It is now almost a month and still no letter of my results to the GP. I have called multiple times over several days this week and nobody answers the number listed as phone contact on the website. Im stuck with no answers because there is no way of getting into contact with the Hospital. I may have to resort to physically going back and asking reception - which I suspect will be waste of time as I'll be asked to wait another week or so, without a proper explanation why its taken so long.

    Phlebotomy Dept 1st floor passey street this morning one of them super rude when calling next patient shouting Hello Hello and clapping her hands to signal my wife is next. like they are calling an animal. super rude
