Review titled Not very nice blood test nurse
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 17 March 2023
Not very welcoming, it’s only a blood test I know. I was here 2 weeks ago though I came in afternoon the nurse that did my blood test then was brilliant. This morning not good at all no acknowledge at all really you know eg hi you can hang your coat here. Take a seat here. She didn’t turn round for paperwork when asked for it so I put it on chair then I sat down and she turned round as if to say who said you can sit there all I got was a growl where’s your paperwork I growled back it’s on the chair. If you had bothered to look and listen in first place. The awful thing was I was the second one that went in this morning. It’s put me off having a blood test shame as two weeks ago had a nice experience. I would not want to come here again

Review titled Extremely unpleasant and surly phlebotomy nurse
Rated 1 star out of 5

I am 74 years old and attended for a blood test at 10.48am this morning. From beginning to end the nurse, taking my blood, was surly and unpleasant. I commented to her on this fact, and she replied in a deadpan voice "that is your opinion". I feel that it is not unreasonable to expect good manners and common courtesy when receiving an NHS service and I certainly did not receive this.
