Review titled scan/ct department
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by lynn silver - Posted on 06 October 2024
Had a pelvic ct scan 4 oct at Finchley Memeorial. Obviously people are anxious and the lady in question, the stenographer, showed no feelings whatsoever, so cold. I was treated as if was on a conveyoor belt at the supermarket. Has left me massively anxious. You need to have some sort of bedside manner, she had none at all.

Review titled Could not be better
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 26 September 2024
I attended for an ultrasound on a GP referral, the service could not have been better, it is certainly better then private (and yes I do use private when wait times are too long). Everyone was so nice and helpful, when I arrived the receptionist asked me not to forget to register my car so that I would not get a parking ticket, said with a welcoming smile like everyone else. The nurse and person doing the ultrasound could not have been nicer, I arrived 5 minutes early and they saw me immediately. The place is spotless, thanks so much !!! but hope not to see you again :-)

Review titled Efficient and friendly service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Ron - Posted on 24 September 2024
I’d had a fall recently and although I didn’t appear to have done serious damgage I was suffering from some ongoing pain in back and shoulder. Amazingly, I was triaged and x-rayed within 30 minutes of arriving at the walk-in centre. I then had to wait for the consultation (the doctor to view my results) which took a couple of hours. The doctor was very precise and went into great detail and, although it appeared I hadn’t done any serious damage, it was a relief and peace of mind to learn I simply needed some physio and rest. All this was in very pleasant surroundings and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Review titled Dressing Clinic
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Gary R - Posted on 25 August 2024
Following a foot infection I visited the hospital walk in service and was triaged and seen by a professional in a prompt manner. My appointment was with a nurse and a student from Kings College. They were both caring, very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you.

Review titled Outstanding attention
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Mark G - Posted on 12 July 2024
Attended walk-in clinic after fall, with injuries to hand/wrist, ribs etc. Immediate triage and short wait until called for examination, diagnosis and treatment. Full body check, x-ray, and other tests all conducted patiently, professionally and sympathetically, followed by treatment and detailed after-care instructions. Extremely impressed, especially by very experienced nurse who dealt with my case. Full marks, and grateful thanks!

Review titled Best appointment I’ve ever had
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 07 June 2024
I came in for a CT scan with appointment. Didn’t have to wait at all to be seen, and the staff member who did my scan was personable and welcoming, and made sure to explain the procedure clearly and reassuringly. Easily the most pleasant and efficient interaction I’ve had with NHS services.

Review titled Lovely building, helpful friendly staff, great care.
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Adrian Mars - Posted on 23 June 2024
Couldn't be happier. The building is the nicest hospital experience one can imagine (light and airy and not very hospitaley). Reception and clinicians were helpful, skilled and friendly, seen quickly and even free (up to three hours) car parking.

Welcoming, clean and punctual with clear explanation of route to waiting area and procedures. Tranquil atmosphere. If all NHS hospitals were as well run as this there’d be some hope for the NHS
