  1. Review titled Ridiculous wait time

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Charlotte Croser - Posted on 08 April 2023

Visited the ‘urgent’ treatment centre today with my 4 month old to be left 3 hours before being triaged and then another hour until she was seen by a doctor. Absolutely shocking amount of time to leave a 4 month old baby, I informed them that I had only brought one bottle with me, one of the nurses went looking for some milk for me but never came back. I couldn’t fault the doctor we saw he was brilliant but that is the only good thing I can say about this department. People who came in after my daughter were being seen first, which is wrong.

  2. Review titled Poor people skills

Rated 1 star out of 5

I visited the utc due to requiring assistance, the nurse practitioner was rude throughout the visit, I was made to feel I was an inconvenience in her day. Poor professionalism and bad attitude which is upsetting given every other member of staff was very nice and welcoming.

I was sent by my GP to the ambulatory ward the nursing staff and Doctors were professional and lovely at all times, had to return next day for a scan, all the staff on this ward and the ones who did my scan are a credit to the friarage hospital and I sincerely hope they all get the pay rise they deserve, sorry my phone wouldn’t let me do survey I was sent, I’m a bit of a techno phobe so I hope this review will do instead

  4. Review titled Disgusted

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 16 December 2022

Doctor didn't even introduce himself, requested examination then told me I'd been referred to wrong place, (didn't explain the point of the exam then) barked instructions, no bedside manner, made me feel like a piece of meat and everything was my fault I couldn't wait to get out. Now have to go back to my GP and start again. Was almost in tears before I left. Choose somewhere else.

Each and everyone member of the hospital was nothing short of amazing. They pulled out all the stops to make sure I was comfortable at all times.
